Special Instructions:

  • Deadline for PGDIP June 2018 Medical submission for Exam Fee Transferring - Will be on 23rd June - 07th July 2018
  • Requests for transfer examination payment will only be considered for Medical Illness or under a special circumstance for those who could not submit the assignments or sit for the examination.
  • All transfers will be subjected to an administrative fee of LKR 1,000 and candidates need to submit the duly completed Examination Fee Transfer Application Form available here (PGDIP June 2018 Medical Submission Application Form) to SLIM 14 days after the examination date or Assignment submission date with supportive documents.

Supportive Documents:

Medical Certificate

  • A Medical Certificate issued by a recognized government or private hospital within 14 days of last examination date.
  • Only original medical certificates will be accepted and this must state your inability to appear for the examination on the scheduled date.

Other

  • Appropriate documentation and/or evidence including such as a death notice / Certificate, police report or an official letter, etc.
  • Candidates need to collect the Examination Payment Transfer Letter and get register for the next immediate examination during the exam registration period by paying the due amounts.
  • Only the examination payment will be transferred to the next immediate intake.
  • No assignment marks will be transferred. Therefore candidates need to re‐do the assignment which is applicable for the next intake.
